Understanding Office 365 (Modern) Groups

One of the most important developments to have emerged in the Office 365 space in the last few years is Groups. The unfortunate thing is that Groups are probably one of the poorest understood things. Groups are central to the Office 365 experiencing, touching all of the core products in the stack – SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, Yammer, Planner and even Power BI. In some cases (Teams, Planner) Groups are essential for the use of these products. What is unclear is how users interact with Groups.
